Role Overview:

As a Automation Architect at MDLZ, you will lead the enterprise automation platform with deep expertise in TOSCA and INT4. Your role will involve combining technical depth with leadership to manage the full automation infrastructure, licenses, virtual environments, and platform operations. You will drive automation with in-house and partner teams to deliver scalable, high-quality transformation across SAP, Web, and API landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust, enterprise-grade TOSCA & INT4 automation frameworks and custom utilities.
  • Directly manage automation engineers and lead team management.
  • Define automation best practices, folder structures, and naming conventions for consistency across decentralized teams.
  • Orchestrate seamless integration of TOSCA with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools.
  • Setup, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot automation environment. Coordinate with network, firewall, cloudops, and vendor teams for tool integration in MDLZ infrastructure.
  • Work with CISO group and tool vendors to remediate vulnerabilities detected.
  • Scale Automation Platform with UI and API/Virtual Services automation approach. Optimize automation integration with DevOps toolchain.
  • Define and govern standards and framework for consistent adoption of automation across the enterprise.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for TOSCA Commander, Distributed Execution (DEX), and Test Data Management (TDM).
  • Plan and execute automation strategies, backlogs, and roadmaps using project management methodologies.
  • Guide and train junior automation engineers to maintain high quality and delivery standards.

Qualification Required:

  • Hands-on experience in managing virtual machines, environment setups, license administration, and system performance monitoring for automation infrastructure management.
  • Practical knowledge of integrating TOSCA automation into DEX, qTest for CI/CD Integration & Tooling.
  • Experience in Python for automation scripts, system utilities, and custom TOSCA extensions for Scripting & Utilities.
  • Working knowledge of INT4, API, and service virtualization for Service Virtualization & API Testing. Role Overview:
