Marketing Automation QA Specialist

Job Description
As a Marketing Automation QA Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accuracy, quality, and reliability of marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Automation ecosystem (Salesforce MCAE / Pardot). This will involve validating campaign configurations, testing automation workflows, verifying audience segmentation, and ensuring that campaigns are thoroughly tested before deployment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing end-to-end QA validation for marketing campaigns prior to launch.
- Validating emails, landing pages, forms, campaign structures, and segmentation logic.
- Testing Engagement Studio journeys, automation rules, and workflow triggers.
- Conducting email validation and cross-client testing using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid.
- Ensuring campaign deployment readiness, including scheduling, asset linking, and targeting accuracy.
- Monitoring campaigns post-deployment and troubleshooting any automation or segmentation issues that may arise.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of campaign QA, automation testing, and segmentation validation.
- Experience with email testing tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective stakeholder communication.
Preferred certifications that would be beneficial for this position include:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator / Consultant
