Marketing Operations Specialist - Remote
Job Description
You will be working as a Marketing Operations Contractor for TechnoApex Ltd., a company that provides customized IT solutions to help businesses navigate technological challenges and drive digital transformation. As a core member of the Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for lead enrichment, Pardot and Salesforce administration, API connections and integrations, and campaign setup and execution support.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Lead enrichment**
- Own and manage lead enrichment using Pardot rules, Excel formulas, and ZoomInfo workflows
- Ensure comprehensive enrichment coverage and maintain data quality standards
- Monitor enrichment performance, diagnose failures, and resolve data gaps independently
- Build and maintain data hygiene processes including deduplication and normalization
- Define and enforce data standards and field mapping logic
- **Pardot & Salesforce Administration**
- Hands-on Pardot administration including form builds, landing pages, and email templates
- Support Salesforce campaign creation, lead routing, and data management tasks
- Troubleshoot Pardot and SFDC issues independently
- Maintain lead scoring models and nurture program structure
- Ensure correct lead handoff process and SLA compliance
- **API Connections & Integrations**
- Own all API connections across the Martech stack
- Monitor integration health, identify and resolve errors proactively
- Support technical scoping and setup of new integrations
- Maintain technical documentation for all integration configurations
- **Campaign Setup & Execution Support**
- Build and QA campaign assets in Pardot and other platforms
- Manage tracking redirects and UTM parameters
- Ensure all campaigns are technically configured correctly and launched on schedule
**Qualifications:**
**Must have**
- 6+ years of hands-on Marketing Operations experience
- Strong Pardot and Salesforce administration skills
- Hands-on API integration experience
- Lead enrichment platform experience
- Deep understanding of the full lead lifecycle and technical systems
- Technical mindset with attention to detail and process-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently with strong communication skills
- Available for PST hours three days per week
**Nice to have**
- ZoomInfo Marketing experience
- HTML/CSS proficiency
- Familiarity with A/B testing and web analytics platforms
- Experience working with US-based teams in a remote environment
- Background in B2B SaaS or technology company environment
