Visual Merchandising Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing attractive visual displays across all retail furniture stores in India. Your role as a Visual Merchandising Manager will involve ensuring that showroom layouts, product displays, and merchandising strategies enhance customer experience, strengthen brand identity, and support sales growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement visual merchandising standards across all company retail outlets. - Create attractive showroom layouts and furniture display concepts to enhance product visibility and customer engagement. - Ensure uniform brand presentation and store aesthetics across all locations in India. - Plan and execute seasonal and promotional visual displays in stores. - Optimize furniture placement, lighting, signage, and props to highlight product features. - Conduct periodic visits to retail stores to ensure compliance with VM guidelines and recommend improvements. - Train store teams on visual merchandising standards and display maintenance. - Coordinate with procurement and marketing teams for display materials, props, and signage. - Work closely with retail, marketing, and store operations teams to execute merchandising strategies. - Monitor industry trends and suggest innovative display ideas to enhance customer engagement. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail Design, or Fine Arts. - 5-10 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in furniture, home dcor, lifestyle, or retail industry.
