Job Description
As a UK/US Payroll Consultant in Bangalore or Chennai, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- On-boarding overseas hires and deputes traveling from India to US/UK/Europe region.
- Processing monthly/bi-weekly payroll efficiently.
- Coordinating with Geo HR to ensure statutory compliance as per the laws of the respective lands.
- Off-boarding overseas hires and deputes returning to India from US/Europe region.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Minimum graduation degree.
- Relevant experience of at least 3 years in UK Payroll.
- Ability to relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu before starting work.
Please note that the work timings for this position are in the 2nd shift starting from 12 pm onwards, with a shift allowance provided. The annual CTC for this position is 7 LPA. This is a Full-Time Consultant role with a fixed-term contract.
