Job Description
As a Technical Project Manager with expertise in Java/.NET, your role will involve leading high-performing development teams through the entire software development life cycle. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Oversee multiple projects (Fixed Price, T&M) to ensure timely delivery while upholding high quality standards.
Qualifications Required:
- 10-15 years of experience in software development, testing, and project management.
- 5+ years of technical project management expertise in handling complex software projects.
- Hands-on experience with .NET/Java, Microservices, Kafka, and MFE.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, and K8s.
- Proven ability to manage distributed teams in different locations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
This role requires you to drive agile development processes across distributed teams, provide technical leadership in designing and implementing solutions using Java/.NET, and align technology with business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, and K8s monitoring, as well as implementing efficient DevOps practices. You will also be expected to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, drive performance optimization, and mentor team members to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
