Senior Specialist - Graphic Design

You will be joining the Commercial Enablement COE team at Mercer as a Senior Specialist in Digital Media & Graphic Design based in Gurgaon, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The CoE team supports various Mercer businesses across UK, Europe, Ireland, US & Canada, and Pacific Mercer IMPACT Team by providing Proposal & Bid Management support. As a Senior Specialist, your role will involve providing design support by delivering brand compliant creative outputs that contribute towards revenue generation while maintaining the integrity of the Mercer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and meet aesthetic requirements, cultural sensitivities, and business needs to deliver brand compliant creative outputs
• Act as a foundational designer for the Pacific Mercer Team, delivering excellence in Print and PowerPoint based outputs
• Gate-keep requests from the Pacific Mercer IMPACT Program Manager
• Deliver design requirements in compliance with brand and internal quality standards
• Manage delivery on parallel projects independently, ensuring timely completion
• Communicate risks to meeting timelines and engage stakeholders to avoid rework
• Provide design value additions such as custom infographics and alternate data representations
• Stay updated with design developments and trends, providing insights to the team and stakeholders
• Uphold individual capability development and training plans

Qualifications Required:

• 4-6 years of hands-on print and PowerPoint experience in Big 4/consulting firms or high-profile design agency
• Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or Fine Arts/Applied Arts
• Experience in print, digital, graphic design, video creation, and editing
• Strong Interaction Design skills, stakeholder communication, and presentation skills
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Filemaker Pro
• Ability to work collaboratively, challenge ideas, and provide alternative solutions
