Role Overview:
Shift M is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer who can understand visual storytelling, internet aesthetics, and brand identity to deliver premium-quality design across various formats. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of typography, grids, hierarchy, and detail to create impactful designs aligned with brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design brand-aligned social media creatives, carousels, and campaign visuals
- Translate references into original, brand-specific design direction
- Maintain strong visual hierarchy and consistency
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Founder
- Develop layouts for ads, reels covers, posts, and presentations
- Quickly and professionally execute revisions
- Deliver clean, structured, high-quality outputs within set timelines
Qualifications Required:
- 13 years of graphic design experience (agency experience is preferred)
- Proficiency in typography, layout, composition, and color theory
- Good taste in modern, premium, and internet-led aesthetics
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
- Proactive approach and takes ownership of tasks
- Open to receiving feedback and improving rapidly
- Portfolio demonstrating clarity, structure, and creative thinking
