Senior Project Manager - Oracle NetSuite Consulting

As a Consulting Project Senior Principal Consultant at Oracle NetSuite, you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of Oracle NetSuite Professional Services' implementations of the Oracle NetSuite application. Your primary responsibilities will include driving the delivery of professional services engagements according to the agreed scope, time, and budget while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Here are the key responsibilities expected from you: - Be passionately customer-focused; relentlessly pursue providing an excellent customer experience every time. - Establish, maintain, and deepen client relationships by delivering results and going above and beyond. - Deliver 10+ concurrent projects using the defined Oracle NetSuite delivery methodology. - Plan, manage, and communicate the progress of projects, achieving milestones and maintaining momentum. - Identify and effectively mitigate risks. - Facilitate the resolution of issues and roadblocks, advancing when appropriate. - Communicate effectively with all collaborators, both internal and external. - Work collaboratively with project delivery leads and resources within a matrix environment. - Manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project. - Communicate effectively with and project-manage remote resources, including offshore resources. - Forecast and deliver against committed hours for your project portfolio. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and compliance with internal processes and procedures. - Support the sales cycle through scoping of PS engagements, Executive-level prospect meetings, and solution reviews. - Help to expand PS Sales in the installed base of existing customers. - Present and promote the value of NetSuite Professional Services to prospective customers. Preferred qualifications and skills for this role include: - Outstanding client-facing skills with a history of building extraordinary relationships. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with presentations and web conferencing. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Demonstrated thoughtfulness and excellent judgment in project management. - Independently organizes and performs work required with minimal guidance. - Strong background in project management, including experience with work-breakdown structures and project plans. - Experience with Oracle NetSuite applications and ERP implementation principles. - Formal Project Management methodology training and relevant certifications. - 10-12 years of experience in project management.
