Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to design and deliver automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate Desktop (PAD), and Copilot capabilities. The role involves handling complex workflows, integrations, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Power Platform
- Develop and manage workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and cloud flows
- Leverage Copilot / AI capabilities to improve process automation
- Integrate solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and databases
- Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design
- Maintain proper documentation and follow best practices
Required Skills
- 69 years of experience in Power Platform / RPA / Automation
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate (Cloud)
- Exposure to Copilot TOOLS
- Experience with API integrations (REST/JSON)
- Working knowledge of SQL / database management
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure services and cloud integrations
- Understanding of Power Platform governance and security
- Experience in client interaction and solution delivery
