Job Description

As a Graphic Designer in this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative design concepts for multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conceptualizing and executing innovative design concepts for digital ads, brochures, presentations, email templates, and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams, copywriters, and stakeholders to create compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Developing UI/UX prototypes and designing user-friendly interfaces for websites, apps, and digital products.
  • Interacting closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
  • Designing and managing marketing collateral across print and digital platforms.
  • Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-impact visual designs.
  • Working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) to create well-designed presentations and marketing documentation.
  • Ensuring designs are responsive and optimized for web and mobile platforms.
  • Staying updated on design trends and best practices in UI/UX to engage users and drive interaction.
  • Collaborating with the project team to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail and high-quality standards.

Key Skills Required:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • Experience in conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns across print and digital media.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design, including wireframes, prototypes, and user journey mapping.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for creating visually appealing presentations.
  • Experience working in an advertising agency or design studio.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Educational Qualifications and background:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputed institution.
  • Proven experience in designing marketing campaigns and creating visually impactful collateral for global brands.
  • Experience in UI/UX design and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Previous work experience with reputed tech brands or prominent digital/advertising agencies would be beneficial.
