As a Senior Digital Designer (Design Lead), your role involves leading design quality and creating scalable design systems for digital and social media assets. You will review team output and ensure high-quality delivery before submission to the SG team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Design Leadership
• Leading overall design quality and creative direction
• Developing and maintaining design systems and templates
• Ensuring consistency across all deliverables
• Review & Quality Control
• Reviewing and approving team output before SG submission
• Providing constructive feedback to designers
• Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
• Communication & Presentation
• Presenting design concepts and rationale in English
• Incorporating feedback from SG team and clients
• Collaboration
• Working closely with project managers and motion designers
• Supporting and mentoring junior designers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 58 years in digital/graphic design
• Strong portfolio in social media and digital campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in leading or mentoring teams
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in agency or fast-paced environments
• Understanding of motion design workflows

This is a full-time position located in Rajkot with a salary range of 60,000 80,000 per month.
