Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print media projects. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive design solutions. - Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and illustrations aligned with brand guidelines. - Oversee the entire design process, ensuring high-quality standards. - Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work. - Present design ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. - Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines with attention to detail. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - 7-8 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software. - Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and independently. - Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
