Job Description

As an HRIS Data Analyst for our client, a leading global natural resources company in Chennai, you will be responsible for supporting HR analytics, reporting, and HR systems initiatives for their global HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HR data analysis, reports, and dashboards to support business and HR decision-making
  • Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors data model and reporting
  • Work with HR analytics tools including SuccessFactors Reporting, People Intelligence, and related SAP data tools
  • Provide support for HR analytics processes and reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with global HR stakeholders and cross-functional business teams
  • Manage reporting authorizations and support HR systems interfaces
  • Maintain HR solutions documentation and support continuous improvements to HR systems and reporting architecture

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working in HRIS, HR Analytics or HR Systems roles, preferably in a global or cross-functional environment
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR reporting tools
  • Strong experience in HR reporting, dashboards and data analysis
  • Good understanding of HR data models, HR processes and reporting frameworks
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or General Management
