Job Description
As an HRIS Data Analyst for our client, a leading global natural resources company in Chennai, you will be responsible for supporting HR analytics, reporting, and HR systems initiatives for their global HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver HR data analysis, reports, and dashboards to support business and HR decision-making
- Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors data model and reporting
- Work with HR analytics tools including SuccessFactors Reporting, People Intelligence, and related SAP data tools
- Provide support for HR analytics processes and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with global HR stakeholders and cross-functional business teams
- Manage reporting authorizations and support HR systems interfaces
- Maintain HR solutions documentation and support continuous improvements to HR systems and reporting architecture
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in HRIS, HR Analytics or HR Systems roles, preferably in a global or cross-functional environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR reporting tools
- Strong experience in HR reporting, dashboards and data analysis
- Good understanding of HR data models, HR processes and reporting frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or General Management
