Job Description
As a Business Development Consultant at Puppiezo Private Limited, located in Gurgaon, sector 58, near Heritage school, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential and existing customers to assist them in selecting the right pet. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer support, managing inquiries, and meeting sales targets. You will be responsible for handling communications with customers, maintaining relationships, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience to support the adoption process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Candidates residing in Gurgaon will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and assist them in selecting the right pet.
- Provide excellent customer support and manage inquiries effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by maintaining relationships with customers.
- Handle communications with customers and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
- Take full ownership of the sales journey by identifying quality leads, guiding customers with clarity and confidence, and closing high-value conversions.
Qualifications Required:
- 1-4 years of experience in sales is mandatory.
- Sales expertise, including client relationship management and meeting sales targets.
- Demonstrate impeccable professional conduct and maintain a polished, client-ready appearance at all times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience in handling inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and providing tailored recommendations.
- Empathy and passion for animals, along with an understanding of pet ownership responsibilities.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
