Recruitment Specialist

As a Non-IT Recruiter with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve managing full-cycle hiring for non-technical roles in industries such as manufacturing, digital marketing agencies, interior designing, retail, and other similar domains. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for non-tech roles - Understanding client requirements and job descriptions across various domains - Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases - Screening and shortlisting profiles based on job requirements - Conducting telephonic and initial HR interviews - Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and clients - Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process - Negotiating salary and ensuring smooth onboarding - Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers - Building strong relationships with clients and candidates Industries to be Handled: - Manufacturing & Industrial Roles - Digital Marketing Agencies - Interior Designing Firms - Sales & Marketing - Operations & Administration - Other non-IT sectors Required Skills: - 4+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment - Strong sourcing and screening skills - Excellent verbal and written communication - Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously - Good understanding of different industry hiring patterns - Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed - Result-oriented and target-driven approach The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in sourcing and closing positions within tight timelines.
