Quality Assurance Architect - Product Testing

As a Senior QA Engineer at the company, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the testing strategy for the suite of products, including ERP, POS, Zwing, Browntape, and Reporting products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end test execution in manual, automation, performance, and security domains. - Designing and implementing test automation frameworks, including selection, guidelines, metrics, and CI/CD integration. - Collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and DevOps to integrate quality measures into the pipeline from sprint backlog to release. - Fostering a quality culture through QA guilds, retrospectives, cross-functional workshops, and knowledge sharing. - Establishing and reporting quality KPIs such as defect leakage, automation coverage, and test pass rates to the CTO and Leadership. - Monitoring and improving test effectiveness through metrics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. - Mentoring QA engineers to upskill them in best practices, tooling, and automation techniques. - Ensuring compliance and readiness for external audits, regulatory requirements, and production rollouts. The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - B.E. / B Tech from a reputed institute with 12-15 years of experience. - 7+ years of experience leading testing programs in B2B SaaS/microservices environments. - Strong domain knowledge across ERP, POS, OMS, and domain-specific systems. - Expertise in automation frameworks, specifically Robot framework. - Skills in performance and security testing tools such as JMeter, Locust, and OWASP ZAP. - Familiarity with CI/CD platforms like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. - Proven ability to build strong collaborations across QA, PM, and engineering teams. - Direct experience with quality metrics and organizational improvement initiatives. - Excellent communication skills to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps.
