Process Engineer (BPM and Change Management)

As a Process Engineer at Exusia, a cutting-edge digital transformation company, you will collaborate with business and project teams to identify opportunities for developing or enhancing complex business processes and performance. Your role will involve leveraging BPM techniques, concepts, and tools to support business managers in evaluating improvement opportunities. Additionally, you will drive process transformation initiatives and assist project managers with tasks such as project estimation, planning, and budget management. Qualifications & Role Responsibilities: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field - 6+ years of experience managing a portfolio of projects from a process improvement perspective, with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Define scope and estimations for process initiatives - Design and execute process improvement initiatives, ensuring quality, scope, and timely delivery - Engage proactively with business stakeholders on strategic initiatives requiring process improvement - Build business cases demonstrating value and calculate ROI for stakeholders - Define and analyze value chains through cross-functional process mapping, linking business strategy to process architecture - Develop the end-to-end view of processes (Operating model) - Understand advanced process measurement and design process measurement analytics - Collaborate on the construction of analytics tools Mandatory Skills: - Proficiency in BPM and Change Management - Leadership on small-to-medium process and performance improvement engagements - Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills - Knowledge of business principles and relevant banking regulations - Drive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable ROI - Experience with process and workflow streamlining, problem resolution, and change management - Ability to develop mitigation strategies for cross-organizational impacts - Familiarity with BPM tools, project planning, and tracking - Exposure to RPA tools like Blue Prism, Pega, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere for process automation - Collaboration with data architects on dataflow, transformation, and interface needs - Awareness of technology landscape for BPM application - Understanding of regulatory and compliance drivers within the customer domain - Operational risk management experience and implementation of risk controls - Proficiency in using Modeling tools EPC, BPMN, UML Nice-to-Have Skills: - Knowledge of Primavera, Clarity, Jira, Confluence - Exposure to Banking & Financial services domain - Familiarity with Azure cloud services - LEAN/SIX SIGMA - Yellow belt, CBPP, Business Analysis About Exusia: Exusia is a global technology consulting company specializing in data management and analytics.
