Role Overview:
You will be a Media & Content Creator at VOH Network, India's largest dedicated healthcare media platform. Your role will involve creating high-quality content to improve patient awareness, support brand credibility, and drive engagement across various platforms. You will play a crucial part in shaping the voice of the healthcare brand by delivering clear, accurate, and empathetic communication both digitally and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop various types of content such as blogs, patient education materials, social media posts, website content, newsletters, doctor bytes, and case studies.
- Collaborate with doctors, clinical teams, and subject matter experts to create medically accurate and patient-friendly content.
- Write scripts for videos, doctor interviews, patient stories, and awareness campaigns.
- Ensure brand tone, consistency, and compliance with healthcare communication standards.
- Plan, create, schedule, and monitor content across social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Identify trending healthcare topics and create relevant content in a timely manner.
- Manage digital engagement, respond to comments/messages, and escalate queries when necessary.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots for various healthcare-related events and campaigns.
- Work with designers and video editors to produce high-quality creatives, infographics, reels, and animations.
- Ensure all media assets adhere to brand guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols.
- Support marketing campaigns for new services, treatments, events, and hospital initiatives.
- Assist in executing BTL/ATL activities by providing creative content.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals and healthcare events.
- Conduct research on healthcare topics to ensure factual accuracy and awareness of industry trends.
- Ensure all communication complies with healthcare advertising guidelines, ethical requirements, and patient consent norms.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in mass communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in content, media, or digital marketing (healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and web content structure.
- Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop, and video editing basics will be an added advantage.
