Job Description
As the Manager - Marketing Operations, your role involves managing end-to-end Marketing campaigns in Salesforce CRM and overseeing Marketing workflows such as campaign list match, imports, sales assignment, list pull, list suppression, lead processing, and lead validation through web research. Your primary duties include:
- Efficiently managing Marketing Campaigns in Salesforce CRM
- Project managing Marketing workflows to ensure accuracy and productivity
- Providing support and guidance to the team in processing daily tickets
- Engaging with stakeholders for clarification of requests
- Handling and resolving stakeholder escalations
- Working on adhoc requests and analysis related to campaign/lead data
- Driving daily tasks to successful completion while maintaining high productivity levels
- Training and guiding the team in analyzing large volumes of data using SQL, Snowflakes, and MS Excel
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing the team to create a highly spirited work environment
- Keeping abreast of new Salesforce and marketing automation features
- Maintaining updated process documentation and guides for knowledge management
- Partnering with stakeholders to define new processes and execution methodologies
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to assess and improve KPIs and metrics
- Initiating projects to optimize the functioning of campaign and lead processing workflows
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream, with a post-graduation in Business Management/Marketing/Leadership preferred
- 12 years of experience in Marketing operations with a strong understanding of Marketing Campaign and lead processing workflows
- Good understanding of business processes, operations management, preferably Marketing operations
- Proven expertise in project management, stakeholder management, and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the US healthcare industry is preferable
Your knowledge and skills should include:
- Campaign operations management using Salesforce CRM
- Exposure to Marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Intermediate/advanced MS Excel and MS SQL skills
- Strong reporting skills to monitor, analyze, and improve KPIs and metrics
- Experience in data validation using web research
