Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist (GenAI) at our company, your role will involve working on cutting-edge projects related to Data Science with GenAI. You will be based in Bengaluru and may also have opportunities to work in Pune. With 5-9 years of experience, we are looking for immediate joiners who are skilled in the following areas: - Python, Tensor Flow or PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Computer Vision or NLP, MLOps - Recommendation algorithms such as collaborative filtering, content-based filtering - SQL/NoSQL - Experience in Building & Deploying GenAI Apps and Agents - Langchain, Langgraph, CrewAI (A2A, MCP); GCP Vertex AI, Dataproc, Big Query - FastAPI, Flask - Understanding of Async operations; MLOps tools on GCP/Azure/Databricks/AWS; Vertex AI deployment & pipelines experience (recommendation, forecasting, segmentation) - Deployment; CI/CD Your secondary skills should include proficiency in Langchain and Langgraph, Agentic Frameworks (A2A, CrewAI), collaboration with cross-functional teams to build AI-driven features, building/managing data pipelines for large-scale training & inference, developing deep learning models for product search, segmentation, chatbot, integrating AI models into customer-facing apps & backend systems, monitoring model performance & continuous improvement, and ensuring model governance, testing, and documentation. It would be good to have experience with Vertex AI deployment & training pipelines, as well as familiarity with retail ML applications, including recommendation, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, segmentation, and retail domain experience.
