Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at SID Global Solutions, you will play a crucial role in the outbound go-to-market efforts targeting U.S. enterprises. Your primary responsibilities will involve conducting thorough research, designing personalized outreach campaigns, engaging with key decision-makers, and managing the sales pipeline efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Research accounts, industry trends, key decision-makers, and trigger events to personalize outreach. - Build actionable profiles on companies using LinkedIn, Apollo & Hubspot. - Understand buying groups in BFSI, Healthcare, and Retail to identify the right personas. - Design and execute multi-step outbound sequences using Apollo or HubSpot. - A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and email content to improve reply rates. - Craft short, crisp, and context-rich messages that resonate with U.S. stakeholders. - Initiate discovery conversations via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls. - Speak fluently and confidently with CXOs, VPs, and Directors in the U.S. market. - Understand buyer pain points and qualify prospects using BANT/CHAMP. - Maintain accurate records in HubSpot/Salesforce or similar CRM tools. - Track and report key metrics: meetings booked, conversions, reply rates, intent signals. - Provide feedback to marketing/sales on lead quality and content resonance. Qualifications Required: - 35 years of B2B inside sales or SDR/BDR experience targeting the U.S. market. - Strong command of English with neutral accent and cultural fluency. - Excellent email writing and copywriting skills. - Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound platforms. - Ability to think analytically and optimize outreach strategies. - High emotional intelligence and ability to tailor interactions according to buyer mindset. - Proactive, self-starting attitude with a drive to succeed in outbound sales.
