Job Description
As an Associate Product Manager at Aurigo located in Bangalore, India, with 4-6 years of experience, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior product managers to develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap
- Assuming full ownership of a complete product or a significant portion of it
- Translating product requirements into functional designs in collaboration with engineering and UI/UX teams
- Conducting in-depth analysis, documenting requirements, and effectively managing the product backlog
- Aligning with the engineering team to ensure product goals and timelines are met
- Driving product enhancements and new features based on customer needs and market trends
- Collecting and analyzing user feedback and product analytics for ongoing product improvement
- Maintaining clear, consistent communication with all internal stakeholders, promoting cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrating a strong focus on understanding underlying problems and needs before devising solutions
- Participating in Agile/Scrum processes to ensure efficient product development
- Developing detailed business requirements and user stories for creating product specifications and architecture
- Ensuring product compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational quality guidelines
In terms of prior experience, you should have 4-6 years of total experience with at least two years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS products. You should also have proven experience in collaborating with engineering and UI/UX teams and demonstrated ability to understand market trends and customer requirements.
Your hard skills should include proficiency in software development processes, Agile methodologies, and UI/UX principles, as well as strong data analysis and market research skills. Additionally, your soft skills should encompass excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration, and creative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Educational qualifications required for this role include a B.E/B.Tech degree.
