Role Overview:
You will be joining Siemens Healthineers Radiopharma as a Software Engineer, focusing on automation and software development in an agile environment. Your main responsibility will be to translate business requirements into high-quality software code using C#. You will work closely with development teams to ensure that the automation frameworks meet product quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using C#.
- Automate web and desktop applications with reliable and maintainable solutions.
- Create reusable automation libraries, utilities, and internal tools.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Generate and maintain automation execution reports such as HTML, dashboards, logs, and metrics.
- Collaborate with developers to enhance testability and overall product quality.
- Analyze automation failures, pinpoint root causes, and ensure system stability.
- Uphold and advocate for automation best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in automation using C#.
- Proficiency in software engineering principles including OOP, SOLID, and design patterns within automation code.
- Strong background in web and desktop application automation.
- Hands-on experience in designing automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines.
- Experience in developing custom reporting and analyzing test results.
- Excellent programming skills with a developer-level mindset.
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
- Exposure to API or performance automation.
- Previous experience in cloud-based or distributed test execution.
