Role Overview: You will be working as a Webflow Developer at Instead to create and maintain modern, responsive web applications that provide exceptional user experiences. Your main responsibilities will include transforming design concepts into interactive digital interfaces, optimizing performance, and collaborating with various teams to develop scalable frontend solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain interactive websites using Webflow, incorporating features like dynamic collections, localization, and component-driven structures. - Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, Next.js, or Angular. - Translate designs into engaging user experiences, ensuring accessibility and collaborating closely with designers. - Optimize sites for performance, SEO, and accessibility by implementing techniques such as code splitting, lazy loading, and adhering to WCAG/ADA standards. - Integrate marketing tools and CMS platforms to support content and campaign objectives. - Automate workflows and personalize experiences using tools like Zapier, Integromat, or Webflow's built-in automations. - Ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity across all digital touchpoints in alignment with campaign objectives. - Participate in meetings with marketing, branding, and content teams to shape and implement new digital initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of web development experience with expertise in Webflow, dynamic sites, CMS collections, and performance optimization. - Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks. - Proficiency in translating designs into interactive web experiences and ensuring accessibility. - Experience with responsive design, browser compatibility, and WCAG/ADA accessibility. - Ability to integrate workflows, CMS platforms, and marketing analytics tools. - Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills. - Focus on web performance, accessibility, data-driven decisions, and attention to detail. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field is a plus.
