Web Designer/Developer

As a Web Designer at our company, your role will involve designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites by applying your strong understanding of UI/UX principles and modern web design trends. You will collaborate with developers, marketers, and project managers to ensure the websites are engaging and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new website concepts
• Ensure websites are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for all devices
• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs
• Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, colors, and layouts
• Optimize designs for performance, speed, and SEO best practices
• Update and improve existing websites based on feedback and analytics
• Work on banners, creatives, and graphics for digital marketing campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• 13 years of experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or XD
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
• Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, or other CMS platforms is a plus
• Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in eCommerce website design
• Knowledge of conversion-focused design (CRO)
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly design practices
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Webflow, or Framer
