Web Designer

As a Web Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing engaging and responsive web pages, landing pages, and other web-based interfaces. Your role will involve translating design concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. It will be essential to ensure that web design is optimized for various devices and screen sizes. You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Additionally, conducting user research and testing to gather feedback and improve designs will be part of your responsibilities. Creating and maintaining design documentation, style guides, and asset libraries will also be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Design engaging and responsive web pages, landing pages, and other web-based interfaces. - Translate design concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. - Ensure web design is optimized for various devices and screen sizes. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. - Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and improve designs. - Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and asset libraries. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and Javascript. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and Sketch. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design and a keen eye for detail. - Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. - Experience with responsive and mobile-first design. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role. Candidates with 2 years of experience in web design and a total of 2 years of work experience are preferred.
