Job Description
As a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the US staffing industry, your role will involve translating recruitment concepts into visually appealing designs that resonate with a US-based audience and align with the company's brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing collateral for recruitment campaigns, including brochures, social media creatives, email templates, infographics, and PowerPoint decks.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to create visuals supporting client presentations, job fairs, and employer branding.
- Develop creative content for job advertisements tailored to US market sensibilities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects.
- Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM integrations as required.
- Assist with visual aspects of digital marketing, including website graphics, newsletters, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of graphic designing experience, preferably in recruitment or staffing.
- Solid understanding of US staffing industry workflows, terminologies, and audience preferences.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills relevant to recruitment and staffing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Capacity to manage multiple design projects within strict timelines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with US-based recruitment firms or MSP/VMS environments.
- Familiarity with basic video editing and motion graphics.
