As a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the US staffing industry, your role will involve translating recruitment concepts into visually appealing designs that resonate with a US-based audience and align with the company's brand. Key Responsibilities: - Design marketing collateral for recruitment campaigns, including brochures, social media creatives, email templates, infographics, and PowerPoint decks. - Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to create visuals supporting client presentations, job fairs, and employer branding. - Develop creative content for job advertisements tailored to US market sensibilities. - Maintain brand consistency across all projects. - Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. - Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM integrations as required. - Assist with visual aspects of digital marketing, including website graphics, newsletters, and LinkedIn campaigns.
