Your role will involve compiling animated shots into cohesive long-form videos and creating engaging short-form content suitable for young audiences, particularly on platforms like YouTube. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and compile animated shots/scenes to create engaging long-form kids videos for YouTube. - Ensure smooth pacing, flow, and visual continuity suitable for kids aged 15. - Cut sharp and engaging Shorts/Reels from long-form videos, focusing on viewer retention. - Select, edit, and sync background music (BGM) and sound effects appropriate for kids' content. - Utilize AI tools to enhance BGM, improve creativity and production quality, and add basic motion elements like text overlays and transitions. - Maintain consistency in video style, branding, and formats across different platforms. - Optimize final videos for YouTube long-form as well as YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. - Collaborate closely with animators and content teams to meet production timelines effectively. Qualification Required: - You should have 12 years of experience in video editing, although strong freshers are welcome to apply. - Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory, while basic knowledge of After Effects is preferred. - A strong understanding of BGM selection, timing, and sound design for kids' content is essential. - Practical exposure to AI tools for music editing or creative enhancement is desirable. - You should possess a good sense of storytelling rhythm, audience engagement, and the ability to identify high-impact moments for short-form content. - An organized workflow, attention to detail, and a portfolio or sample work showcasing long-form edits and Shorts/Reels are also required.
