Job Description
As an Enterprise Sales at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading high-value SaaS deals within the BFSI sector. Your responsibilities will include owning enterprise revenue growth, establishing C-suite relationships across banks and financial institutions, and managing complex sales cycles from pipeline to close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the enterprise SaaS sales strategy for BFSI accounts
- Close large, complex deals with senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline while providing accurate forecasts
- Develop executive relationships and create strategic account plans
- Mentor and scale a high-performing sales team
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B SaaS sales
- Demonstrated success in selling to BFSI clients
- Strong skills in consultative selling and negotiation
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and pipeline management
- Executive presence and excellent communication abilities
