Job Description

As a Sales Head - Real Estate at BOOTES, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding residential real estate sales for Bootes projects. Your responsibilities will include owning end-to-end sales targets, managing on-site sales teams, driving channel partner performance, handling key client negotiations, and ensuring effective use of CRM systems. You will also be responsible for coordinating with marketing teams, sharing regular sales MIS, and ensuring RERA-compliant communication and sales practices. Key Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end sales targets and revenue delivery - Build, lead, and manage on-site sales teams - Hire, train, mentor, and review sales team performance - Drive channel partner onboarding and performance - Handle key client negotiations and deal closures - Ensure effective use of CRM systems for lead tracking and follow-ups - Train sales teams on CRM discipline, reporting, and conversion tracking - Track sales funnels, conversions, and team productivity - Coordinate with marketing and management for campaigns - Share regular sales MIS, forecasts, and market insights - Ensure RERA-compliant communication and sales practices - Support project pricing, inventory planning, and launch strategies - Act as escalation point for high-value or complex client cases Qualifications Required: - 1015 years of experience in residential real estate sales - Strong exposure to Gurgaon, Noida, and Delhi NCR markets - Proven experience in building and leading sales teams - Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting - Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the success of Bootes projects in the real estate sector.
