UX Manager/Senior Manager - Interaction Design

As a highly experienced UX Manager / Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and owning the user experience for large-scale B2B / Enterprise software products. Your role will involve UX strategy development, design leadership, team management, and close collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Own and define UX strategy and execution for complex enterprise products - Lead end-to-end UX deliverables including Information Architecture, User Journeys, Task Mapping, Wireframes, Prototypes, and Design Systems - Manage and mentor a team of UX Researchers, Interaction Designers, Visual Designers, and Graphic Designers - Conduct design reviews, ensure UX quality, and maintain consistency across products - Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment - Translate business requirements into scalable and usable design solutions - Use user research, usability testing, analytics, and feedback to improve UX - Act as a UX evangelist and promote design thinking across the organization - Support hiring and team scaling initiatives - Drive innovation through UX research and exploration of enterprise UX patterns Required Skills: - Enterprise UX / B2B UX - UX Strategy & Design Leadership - Information Architecture & User Flows - Design Systems - Agile / Scrum collaboration - Stakeholder management - User Research & Usability Testing - Web & Mobile UX - UX Analytics & Data-driven design - Team management & mentoring - BFSI domain knowledge (preferred) Education: - B.Des + M.Des - B.Tech (Computer Science) + M.Des Experience: - 10 to 15 years of total UX / Design experience - Minimum 5+ years in Enterprise / B2B product design - Experience managing 10+ member UX teams Reporting & Collaboration: - Reports to VP / Chief Design Officer - Works closely with UX leadership, Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders As a highly experienced UX Manager / Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and owning the user experience for large-scale B2B / Enterprise software products.
