US IT Recruiter

You will be working as a US IT Recruiter/Technical Recruiter at Chuwa America, a renowned software development and consulting firm based in Madhapur, Hyderabad. As a part of the team, your role will involve: - Collaborating closely with the manager to understand current and future hiring needs within the US IT domain - Developing effective recruitment strategies for managerial and recruiting positions - Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment partners and industry networks - Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in US IT recruitment to enhance hiring processes - Utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, team members, and external partners - Demonstrating a good understanding of trending IT skills in the market and various Visa types - Utilizing sourcing techniques like Boolean search and passive/active sourcing from platforms such as Dice, Monster, and social networking sites - Handling applicant tracking system efficiently, preferably Ceipal - Conducting resume screening, maintaining a candidate database, and verifying work status - Exhibiting strong negotiation, sourcing, and networking skills - Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is onboarded - Adapting to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meeting and exceeding recruitment goals - Contributing significantly to the success and growth of the US IT Recruitment team Company Overview: Chuwa America, established in 1991, is recognized as the "Top Workplace of 2023 & 2024" by the "San Francisco Chronicle."
