Job Description
As an Assistant Manager UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating mockups, collecting feedback, and building quality design work. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing design solutions for various platforms by considering user research, business requirements, feedback, analytics, and technical limitations.
- Establishing consistent brand and creative designs based on initial requirements.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, conducting usability testing, and iterating based on user feedback.
- Brainstorming and ideating design concepts from research findings and translating them into intuitive user experiences.
- Leading usability testing sessions, collecting feedback, and presenting findings to business stakeholders.
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure the proper implementation of designs.
Technical Knowledge required for this role includes proficiency in HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Sketch. You should possess excellent visual design skills and document UI guidelines and best practices for consistency across the team. Staying current with industry trends and applying them to projects is essential, along with conducting competitor analysis and user research activities.
In terms of Behavioral Skills, you should have strong communication skills, a commitment to processes, excellent interpersonal skills, an orientation towards the end consumer, and a collaborative approach as a team player.
