UI UX Lead

As a UI UX Lead, you will be responsible for the following: - Design Systems & UI Consistency: Ensure consistency in design systems and user interfaces throughout the product development process. - Wireframing & User Flow Design: Create wireframes and design user flows to enhance user experience. - Usability Testing & User Research: Conduct usability testing and user research to gather insights for improving UI/UX designs. - UI/UX Design (End-to-End Ownership): Take ownership of UI/UX design from conceptualization to final delivery. - Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth. - Figma Skills: Proficiency in using Figma for UI/UX design and collaboration. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 7 years of relevant UI/UX experience, with a focus on designing and delivering end-to-end solutions for real products. - Leadership/Team Management experience of at least 2 years, demonstrating the ability to lead and mentor UI/UX designers effectively. - Majority of total experience (7-12 years) should be in UI/UX roles, showcasing a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Please note that candidates who have primarily worked with design tools, acted as UI coordinators, or have limited hands-on design execution will not be considered for this position. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be comfortable collaborating with product managers and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs into the final product.
