Graduate with a degree in Engineering or MBA or related field
Training Needs Identification (TNI) & competency mapping
Training program design and curriculum development
Learning & Development (L&D) coordination and execution
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
Training effectiveness evaluation (Kirkpatrick Model basic level)
Knowledge of leadership development and technical training programs
Data handling and reporting using MS Excel & Power BI (basic dashboards)
Presentation and content development (PPT, training materials, reports)
Digital learning platforms & training system management (LMS / EDU apps)
Project-based learning initiatives and continuous improvement mindset
Team coordination and cross-functional collaboration
Strong learning agility with interest in emerging technologies
