Role Overview:
As a Total Rewards Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be responsible for designing and managing the Compensation Administration Process. Your role will involve monitoring and reviewing administrative and operational activities within the team to ensure the achievement of operational objectives. You will provide strategic oversight and leadership for the Benefits & Compensation team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all employee tiers and geographies. Additionally, you will be involved in people performance management, business development support, and organization-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review administrative and operational activities to ensure achievement of operational objectives
- Measure performance through metrics, audits, and other processes to ensure organizational initiatives are in place
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for the Benefits & Compensation team
- Manage and improve people performance to align with organizational goals
- Provide business development support to the Associate Manager and client services team
- Participate in organization-wide initiatives
- Make decisions about day-to-day team operations, workload, staffing, and scheduling
- Monitor customer feedback and drive continuous improvement measures
- Recommend cost-effective procedural or production alternatives
- Develop people through mentoring and conflict resolution
- Drive coaching culture and encourage team development plans
- Input to monthly top-level service analysis for clients
- Drive comprehensive training plans for direct reports
- Ensure compliance with documented processes and policies
- Participate in defining process performance metrics and track/report operational stats
- Update OE documentation and drive OE methodologies in day-to-day operations
- Ensure team members have the necessary skills to deliver contractual requirements
Qualifications Required:
- Graduation in any field
- 6+ years of HR experience, 10+ years of overall experience
- Experience in Benefits and/or Compensation
- Hand-on knowledge of HRMS (SAP, Workday, Oracle)
- Workday experience
- HR Domain certification would be a plus
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
- Prior team handling experience (minimum 4 years)
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Multi-cultural awareness and passion for customer service
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
