Role Summary
As a Senior Agency Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a strong distribution network of Business Associates (BAs) and their agents to drive Life Insurance business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, recruit & develop Business Associates and commission-based agents

Guide and monitor execution of agent activity & sales plans

Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRPs) and maintain Sales Management System updates

Implement and promote Career Progression Programs for advisors

Encourage adoption of CRM tools & agent portals for better customer engagement and cross-selling

Achieve assigned monthly & annual business targets
Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate in any stream

Experience: Minimum 4 years in Sales (preferably Life Insurance/Agency Channel)

Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills

Entrepreneurial approach with a result-oriented mindset

Confident, mature, and proven ability to manage teams successfully

Well-connected with good knowledge of the local market
