Test Engineer

<h3><strong>Objectives of this role</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>You aim to ensure the highest quality of our CRM software by developing and executing tests to detect and report any errors in the product.</li>

<li>You will work on developing suitable testing plans and frameworks that align with our customers.</li>

<li>You will also be responsible for coordinating with several functions and teams to incorporate necessary product changes.</li>

<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Ensure test runs and results within the given time frame.</li>

<li>Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.</li>

<li>Identify, report and track software defects and issues.</li>

<li>Perform functional, performance, security and regression testing of software products.</li>

<li>Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders and work on their resolution.</li>

<li>Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.</li>

<li>Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.</li>

</ul>

<h3><strong>Required skills and qualifications</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>You have a degree in computer science, engineering, or similar technical certifications.</li>

<li>You have at least 2-3 years of experience in testing, quality assurance or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS or tech consultancy business.</li>

<li>You have excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.</li>

<h3><strong>Preferred skills and qualifications</strong></h3>

<li>Skilled in testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Appium, and other testing frameworks to develop and execute tests.</li>
