* Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and approach eligible customers (often existing cardholders) for personal loan offers via calls, emails, or meetings, meeting sales targets.
* Relationship Management: Build trust, handle queries, and maintain long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business.
* Customer Consultation: Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and repayment options, tailoring solutions to financial needs.
