Technology Solutions Engineer

As a Technology Solutions Engineer at MindVector Technologies LLP, your role will involve supporting the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of various digital and cloud-based solutions offered by the company. You will be based in the office in Gurugram and may need to visit client locations for technical support, installation, and solution deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in implementing technology solutions including Antivirus, Firewall, email systems, endpoint security, cybersecurity tools, and automation solutions. - Visit client locations for solution installation, technical setup, and troubleshooting. - Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients. - Configure and manage domains, DNS settings, hosting, WordPress websites, business email systems, and cloud-based applications. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues, coordinate with vendors and technology partners, and ensure smooth functioning of deployed solutions. - Prepare basic technical documentation, participate in solution demos, and assist in client onboarding. Required Skills: - Basic knowledge of Networking. - Domain and hosting management. - DNS configuration. - Basic CyberSecurity Skills. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud basic level). - Knowledge of automation or AI tools. Education: - B.Tech / B.E / BCA / MCA / Diploma in Computer Science / IT. - Freshers with strong technical interests are encouraged to apply.
