Job Description
As a Technology Chief Controls Office - Performance Manager at CommBank, your role is crucial in enabling Technology to achieve its strategic agenda through proactive and sustainable innovation. You will lead the orchestration and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive meaningful change and operational excellence. Your ability to navigate and influence a diverse stakeholder landscape will be pivotal in embedding a strong risk culture and mindset across Technology.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with leadership to establish business commitments and outcomes through various planning sessions.
- Monitoring performance metrics and providing actionable data-driven insights to the leadership team.
- Leading and coaching a network of Performance Champions across Domains to ensure consistent adoption of performance frameworks.
- Overseeing the content and quality of CoEs to ensure accurate information and compliance with group policies.
- Tracking progress against committed OKRs and supporting domains in reaching their goals.
- Embedding Agile Ways of Working and fostering collaboration and communication across teams.
- Championing innovation and leveraging emerging technologies for efficiency and insight.
- Coordinating strategic programs and ensuring alignment with operational risk and regulatory requirements.
Your essential skills will include:
