As a Technical Sales Manager - Flavours & Oleoresins at United Group of Food Consultants, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing customized solutions in the field of flavors and oleoresins. Your responsibilities will include offering technical guidance, creating proposals, generating sales reports, and collaborating with clients to ensure their product requirements are met and exceeded. This position will require you to travel extensively within the assigned region to engage with clients and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Deliver customized solutions in flavors and oleoresins
- Provide technical guidance
- Prepare proposals
- Generate sales reports
- Collaborate with clients to meet and exceed their product requirements
- Engage in extensive travel within the assigned region to drive business growth
Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of flavors, oleoresins, and related applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries
- Sales and business development skills, including relationship management, negotiation, and identifying growth opportunities
- Proficiency in technical presentations, proposal creation, and report writing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and internal team interaction
- Experience in market research and analysis to understand customer needs and trends
- Ability to work on-site and travel extensively within the assigned region
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the flavors or oleoresins segment
