Technical Project Manager

Role Overview: You will be the leader of a team of high-performing individuals at Humancloud Technologies, owning the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. As part of your role, you will guide the team in achieving both individual and collective goals, create and manage a process for a scalable product portfolio, and transform product ideas into actionable concepts aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for brainstorming new initiatives, developing data-driven analytics, maintaining project reporting, and driving continuous improvements within project teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a high-performing team through the entire product lifecycle, from strategy to evaluation - Guide the team in achieving individual and collective goals - Create and manage a process for a scalable product portfolio to drive organization's product profitability - Transform product ideas into actionable concepts aligned with business objectives - Brainstorm for new initiatives and roadmaps, keeping an eye on the market, customers, and business cases for new product opportunities - Develop and monitor data-driven analytics for project reporting and status checks - Prepare and maintain the RAID register and include it in planning as appropriate - Keep stakeholders updated on project progress and risks - Initiate continuous improvements within project teams - Conduct code reviews and RCA as necessary Qualification Required: - Able to manage projects in technologies such as Angular, JAVA, J2EE, Microservices, .NET, SQL Server, Microsoft SSIS, SSRS, and ETL with hands-on experience in one or more technologies - Experience in automation and system integration - Understanding of commerce ecosystem, funnels, sprint & agile ways of working, PRDs & wireframes - Alignment with Agile methodology and ability to collaborate with development team and business users - Ability to demonstrate and present necessary reports and achievements - Comfortable with ambiguity, belief in first principles, and skill to transform broad ideas into action plans - Engage with global stakeholders and drive project delivery smoothly - Establish relevant policies, processes, and procedures, and monitor compliance About the Company: Humancloud Technologies is a leading digital technology and innovation partner that transforms businesses globally through services and solutions in Blockchain, IoT, Cloud, and Experience Design.
