Technical Lead

As a technical lead at Netweb Technologies, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust software solutions. Your role will involve architecting and implementing front-end interfaces using React to create intuitive and responsive user experiences. Additionally, you will design and develop backend APIs and services using Django and FastAPI to support frontend functionality. It will be crucial for you to implement and maintain DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure as code. Managing and optimizing databases, including MongoDB and PostgreSQL, for performance, scalability, and reliability will also be part of your responsibilities. You will conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high code quality standards. Your role will also include providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables will be essential.
