Technical Lead - .NET - MAUI - Very urgent

You will be working as a Technical Lead .NET MAUI, where your primary focus will be designing, developing, and troubleshooting high-performance cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, reliable, and efficient code, solving complex problems, and converting business requirements into practical technical solutions. This hands-on role will require you to work closely with Product Management and contribute to all phases of development architecture, design, coding, testing, and performance improvements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze technical requirements and design components to meet performance and reliability goals. - Guide team members and collaborate with Architects and Product team for planning and workload distribution. - Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code. - Manage task assignments, track progress, and report status. - Participate in planning, estimation, and process improvements. - Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. - Maintain good development practices and encourage team improvement. - Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Work hands-on while also supporting the team technically. - Utilize AI tools to speed up development, reduce manual effort, and enhance code quality. - Ensure timely delivery of features and project milestones. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors Degree (B.E./B. Tech) in Computer Science or related field; masters degree preferred. - 12+ years of experience in software development. - 6+ years of hands-on experience in .NET MAUI or Xamarin Forms. - Extensive experience with .NET MAUI, XAML, Team Management, REST API, SQL, AI, and Architecture. - Strong understanding of software design principles, architectural thinking, and requirement understanding. - Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and AI tool usage on a daily basis. - Must have real experience using AI tools in daily work for generating XAML layouts, ViewModels, unit tests, and more.
