Technical Lead - Data Analytics

As an experienced Data Analytics Lead with expertise in NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), your role will involve designing and leading enterprise analytics solutions. You will integrate multiple data sources, build actionable dashboards, and drive insights aligned with business KPIs. Your strong leadership in solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and team mentoring will be crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation of NSAW, FDI, and OAC solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Experience domains. - Design and configure data pipelines, data models, KPIs, and dashboards supporting strategic business objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to capture analytics requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery. - Integrate data from NetSuite, Fusion Applications, Salesforce, AS/400, and other enterprise systems into NSAW/OAC. - Optimize ETL/ELT processes for performance, scalability, and governance. - Drive data quality, security, and compliance across analytics solutions. - Provide thought leadership on modern analytics practices such as AI/ML integration, predictive insights, and embedded analytics. - Mentor and guide junior team members in data modeling, report development, and troubleshooting. - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence with at least 3+ years hands-on experience in NSAW, OAC, and FDI. - Strong expertise in data modeling, semantic layer design, and KPI development. - Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM data structures and NetSuite data models. - Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT design, and data integration tools. - Experience in dashboards, self-service reporting, and visualization best practices. - Strong knowledge of cloud data architecture and data governance. - Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics within the Oracle ecosystem is a plus. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proven leadership ability to manage teams and deliver complex analytics programs.
