Job Description
Role Overview:
You will lead the development team, both in-house and with vendors, to deliver high-quality Java/J2EE enterprise solutions. Your role will involve hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions in various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the in-house and vendor technology teams.
- Implement, develop, code, and deploy business requirements in Java/J2EE.
- Conduct proof of concepts (POC) to validate solutions.
- Create unit test cases.
- Perform performance, load, and security testing for critical solutions.
- Own and coordinate system/UAT.
- Collaborate with technical analysts, development team, BAs, and vendors for technical support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Good hands-on experience in developing Java/J2EE based enterprise solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Expertise in Full Stack Java development using frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven/Gradle, RBDMS/No-SQL databases.
- Experience with at least one of the following frontend technologies: ReactJS or Angular 2+.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Strong written and verbal English language communication skills for effective professional collaboration.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with airline software solutions is a plus.
Experience & Education:
- Minimum of 6+ years of Java/J2EE development experience in the IT-Airline Industry.
- BTech/BE/MCA or equivalent degree.
