Key responsibilities: - Develop best practice methodologies and systems to enhance the management of spares. - Enable the team on relevant tools and methodology required for their roles. - Maintain a high level of operational quality within the team. - Obtain maximum discounts on stock orders and oversee the distribution of landed orders. - Assist in stock planning at a global/regional/divisional level. - Coach and mentor less experienced team members. - Ensure the team has the necessary tools and materials to achieve functional/team goals and objectives effectively. Academic qualifications and certifications: - Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent in fields like Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Required experience: - Work experience in procurement/supply chain/inventory management, preferably in a global IT services organization. - Experience in Spares and Logistics Management. - Experience in a technology services environment. - Some experience in leading and managing a team.
