Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist at Novac Technology, your role will involve sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for Leadership hiring. You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent in the IT industry. This includes utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks for candidate sourcing. You will conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and cultural fit, collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and ensure alignment with business needs. Your key responsibilities will also include coordinating technical assessments, facilitating the interview process, staying updated with market trends and compensation structures, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and working closely with senior management to develop talent strategies that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will actively participate in HR strategy meetings, contribute to long-term planning, build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, maintain candidate databases, extend job offers, and facilitate pre-employment checks. Team handling experience is required for this role. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience (1+ years) in technical recruitment. - Strong understanding of recruitment for IT. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
